Hello friends,

A big hug to everyone! I need to let you all know that The SUP Pod has come to an end, and I will not be continuing classes this summer. After much back and forth we have decided to let the business go. Trust that it was a very, very difficult decision.

Me and Matt have truly enjoyed getting to know all of you. I personally feel so fortunate to have witnessed all of you growing in your practice, embracing yourselves, and encouraging each other. I can't convey what joy it has brought me. Thank you for showing up each week with smiles and open minds.

I hope you were able to take some important lessons with you from our time together. I know I have.
